Find out a bit more about what to expect along the way

and what the timeline from inquiry to holding your album will look like.

Step 1: Consultation

Typically a few days from request

The first step is completely optional- take a few minutes to chat with me about your session.

Ask any questions.

Share anything you'd like me to know.

I'll get to know you a bit, and can better tailor your session to you.

Step 2: Session Booking

Typically 1-6 months out

Visit my calendars for available session dates. If you do not see a date that fits your schedule, or prefer a weekday, please send me an email or text.

Your session fee secures the date you select. Any images and artwork are purchased separate from this.

Step 3: Select Image Collection

Optional: set up pre-payment plan

Timing on this is flexible*

Select the image collection you would like.

For more time to pay, utilize the pre-payment plan option or an option such as Afterpay, Affirm, and Klarna.

*Pay your collection in full 7 days before your session to unlock both bonus menus (in-session + image & album). Payments made at the image reveal include only the image & album bonus menu.

Before your session, you’ll answer a few simple questions. These help me get to know your style, preferences, and vision so I can tailor the experience just for you. It also ensures we’re on the same page about what you want most out of your photos.

Pre-Session Guides

You’ll receive guides help you feel prepared:

• Outfit Guide – Ideas for choosing pieces you already love, suggestions for what photographs best, and inspiration if you want to add something new.

  
  

• Preparation Guide – A step-by-step guide to help you feel relaxed and ready, covering self-care, skincare, and what to bring along.
  

• Home Prep Guide – A couple tips on what to consider in your space.

  
  

• Just the Basics – A quick-reference summary that highlights the most important tips from the other guides, perfect for busy individuals or as a last-minute glance before your session day.

Step 5: Session Day!

We'll meet at the selected location.

We'll chat for a couple minutes and go over some basic posing and expression guidance.

You'll get full guidance every step of the way, but going over this initially helps it be familiar when you hear it again.

Then we spend a couple hours making you into epic art!

Step 6: Image Reveal and Artwork Selection

Typically 10 days after your session

We will schedule this around the time of your session.

You can choose virtual or in person.

Viewing your final images together allows me to suggest the best images for the artwork types you'd like. Certain images look best on metal, and others make a big impact on canvas.

It allows me to get a feel for which images you are most drawn to, and make slight adjustments.

And also gives you a chance to request some minor edits. Maybe you notice a flyaway hair or a small bruise you'd like removed.

Step 7: Image Delivery

1-3 days after image reveal*

A flash drive of your selected digital images will be mailed or delivered to you.

You also have the option to pick up.

*It is possible certain edit requests will require more time.

Step 8: Artwork Delivery

Timing varies

If you have selected an album, a design will be sent for you to approve.

Depending on the items selected, this could be several weeks after your image reveal.

Luxury Albums are crafted in Portugal- I promise their delivery time is worth it!
