The day is finally here!
I hope the planning process so far has been helpful and that you're feeling excited (and maybe a little nervous- that's totally normal!).
Before We Meet
You packed your outfits the night before and have directions ready if we're meeting at a location. (Not having to pack is a great reason to choose an at-home session!)
First things first: get ready as you normally would. This is about capturing you, so stick to your usual routine.
When We Meet
We'll meet at your selected session location and take a few minutes to chat and settle in. Before we start, I'll go over some basic posing and expression guidance with you. You'll get full guidance every step of the way during your session, but going over it initially helps it feel familiar when you hear it again.
The direction is specific. Think more along the lines of "sit on the bed, turn towards the window a little more, bend the leg closest to the window, straighten the other one, flex your foot, place one hand on your thigh with your fingers closed, slowly move the other hand through your hair, engage your core" and less "sit by the window and make a sexy face." And that's just body posing! You'll get detailed facial posing guidance too.
Next, you'll show me your outfit choices so I can envision the best use of each one. Awesome back details or great support? I'll save those for specific poses. Have a bold color? I'll make sure to use that in areas of the location that don't clash with it.
Making Magic
Then we spend a couple hours making you into epic art! You'll change outfits a few times throughout the session, and we'll add any bonus sets you selected.
Each session is built around the client's comfort level, so this could look like anything from modest sports bras and panties, oversized sweaters, and just a peek of skin under a robe to implied or artistic nude images- or anything in between. There's no right or wrong way to do this. It's whatever makes you feel empowered and beautiful.
Your Comfort Comes First
Your physical and emotional comfort are both equally important to me. If any pose feels more uncomfortable than you'd like, it can be modified or skipped entirely. Some poses might feel a little odd or unnatural at first (that's normal- poses that photograph beautifully don't always feel natural!), but if anything goes beyond that, just let me know and we'll move on. I might ask a couple of questions so I can avoid similar poses during the rest of your session.
This is your experience, and my job is to make sure you feel supported, safe, and celebrated every step of the way.
Ready to create some magic together? I can't wait to see you shine.
